New disclaimers added on the front page

A new disclaimer has been added on the front page (EN and FR version only at the moment), to emphasize the fact that the serious game is evidence-based rather than based on local or regional policies ("The content of this serious game is based on current scientific evidence and expert opinions. Local, regional, federal and institutional guidelines may therefore differ but must nevertheless be followed at all times.")
